Established in 1986, HDG is a San Diego-based construction management team. Over three decades of experience has allowed us to build a team that provides expert and tailored guidance through every stage of a project. We take our job seriously, but we also want the process to be relaxed and fun. The way we see it is that you can’t know what you don’t know—but we like to think we know a whole lot. Or—at the least—we work hard towards it.

Bill Larson
Bill Larson is a San Diego resident who enjoys surfing, a good ball cap, and a great quote. Getting his start in construction as a carpenter, he worked evenings to earn a degree in Construction Management from San Diego State University. With nearly four decades of training in construction and project management, Larson is practiced in all trades. He built his business from the ground up, and his experience eventually led him into commercial builds—with particular emphasis in the hospitality industry. The priority for Larson’s work lies in developing honest, trusting relationships that impart levity, accuracy, and a good dose of fun into every project.
